Do the nodes in question have a non-zero Surcharge Depth setting? If so
and the node surcharges the HGL will be greater than the ground level.

I am using SWMM 5.0.017, When reviewing results from a model simulation
using the Profile Plot I see a number of nodes showing the HGL (HGL)
above the ground level for an extended period of time. When I look at
the flooding summary table I see a smaller number of nodes listed as
flooding and some with very short flooding durations. I can't
understand why this is happening or explain the differences in the two
results, Any thoughts?
