Subject: Upstream external level input

Is there a way to specify an upstream level boundary condition via an external file in the hydraulic network, similar to the outfall boundary condition? I only see options for upstream flow inputs via interface file. We are using a localized model for a Municipality that is to be integrated with a regional model, and need to work with level.

Thanks,
Chris Somerlot

Hi Chris,

You can convert the upstream level boundary node to an outfall, use a time series boundary condition in the newly created outfall and then use your external file in the time series definition.
