Building Storm locally and storm UI

What correct way for building storm distribution locally ? 

My steps:

1) lein jar;

2) Create RELEASE dir

3) Start nimbus/ui/supervisor

But see UI without CSS (bootstrap) with plain HTML.

Could you prepare WIP 0.8.3-wip1 as downloadable bundle ?
