XPRAFTS Basin stage

Hi Chris

Is there any functionality in SI to read/plot the basin stage data from XPRAFTS? When undertaking some preliminary testing of basins, it's necessary to check the basin water level and it's not possible to use the base XPRAFTS model directly as the input rainfalls can't be replicated (due to the smoothing and pre-burst approach use in SI which is not available in RAFTS). Need to do this for full range of events through the charting tool (rather than just interrogating output files from a single event) to identify critical storm for depth.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Nic,

Unfortunately, there isn't any functionality for basin stage at the moment. Even getting basin outflow hydrographs is a bit tricky since XPRAFTS doesn't export it by default and we need to use dummy nodes downstream as a proxy. Does XPRAFTS export the basin stage data you need by default in the .out files?
