Error in Step-7 – Critical Total 19 does not match results grid row count of 11

Hi all,
I’m encountering an error while processing results in Step-7. The message says:
“Critical Total of 19 does not match results grid row count of 11.”
Has anyone experienced this before or knows what might be causing it? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Binu,
I think Storm Injector may be getting confused with all the custom events (GSDM, Jordan, GTSMR, GSAM all being treated as the same event). That combined with the ‘label with TP 1..10 option’ may be tricking the software into thinking different TPs are the same for analysis purposes. I would try turning this option off, or using different event names in the custom code (eg $1in2000AEP-GSDM$,$1in2000AEP-Jordan$ etc), or both.

This issue is popin up in 1in2000 and 1in1000 events.
