Hi,

Using HEC-HMS 4.10 and I am getting the following errors when running any storm event

ERROR 40064:  Could not compute grid cells for basin model "Storm Event". Flow direction grid does not exist.  Complete GIS | Preprocess Sinks and GIS | Preprocess Drainage steps.
ERROR 40515:  Invalid discretization file "*.sqlite" for gridded subbasin "Subbasin-1".
ERROR 40509:  No grid cells for gridded subbasin "Subbasin-1".
WARNING 15303:  Aborted run "Storm Event" at time 28Mar.2023, 15:39:48.
ERROR 40509:  No grid cells for gridded subbasin "Subbasin-1".
ERROR 12550:  Error executing script: "*.script"

I am generally following the content from the AWSchool HEC-HMS On Demand Course

I have loaded the DEM, preprocessed sinks and drainage, identified streams and delineated the catchment, Discretization has been set as structured and loss and transform entered, not sure what step I may have missed that is preventing Storm Injector and HEC-HMS from running.

Hi Edward,

I'm not sure I have access to this course material anymore. If you could send a copy of the instructions and perhaps zip up the project, I can take a look?

Regards,

Chris
