Looking for a story

I'm looking for a story I read a long time ago that had a teen who was born a werewolf but does not know it.  He takes pills that keep him from turning until he forgets or something while taking his younger sister trick-or-treating. It turns out that all his friends are weres though this universe has all kinds of different were animals and he is their pack alpha.  There was also a human girl in it that was deathly afraid of the main character until he transforms and they bond I think.  Also this universe had everyone knowing about were creatures.  The end of the story has the alpha of another pack kidnap his sister and his girlfriend and he and his pack go to get them back.  They win of course but his sister and girlfriend are bitten and get turned into werewolfs. 

    I've searched the stories tagged as were stories but couldn't find it. 

    I had it on my favorites at one time but a lapse in membership cleared them during a rough patch in my life.

    Any help finding the story would be appreciated.
