Michael K. Smith's "The Sibling."

The only convincing, touching, and romantic sibling incest story out
there. UNFINISHED, but well worth every second of your time. A
classic.

It's almost easier to mention a couple authors instead of individual
stories.

Lazlo Zalezac, Frank Downey and Lubrican are writers that I'll read
pretty much anything they write.
I'm also a big fan of unknown1000u2 and his "My Girls" series.
I like Samantha K's "Dragon" series.
Then there's The Wizards "trailer Park" series.
Although I haven't read all of his work, I'm a big fan of DB Story and
his Robot stories.
the "Playing the Game" series by Rev. Cotton Mather,
Nick Scipio's "Summer Camp" series.
I'm also a big fan of Russell Hoisington's "Wynter King" series.

A few individual stories:
"Reprise" by Evil Twin.
and
"Ghost of a Chance" by Dingus Guy

That's pretty much my favorites list. :)

Hi Jessy.
The Happy Harry series is good, the final story makes me cry even.
Ed Biggers is another favourite I keep reading.

Dance of a lifetime is to me yet another great story.

I could go on all day - there are plenty of good stories, plenty of
great ones.
Even a handful that a relatively local writer (next county over)
writes that I've used for taking my wife out for the day - he
described an attraction in that county so well as part of the story.

Thansk for the details of other great stories guys and girls, I will
have a look at them.
We don't all have the same taste (be boring then) but great stories
are great even if not to my taste.

Best wishes,

Martin <><

Hello everyone,

I would say a couple of the best are
NanoVirus
John Carter + the rest of the universe
Robin
Ahead from the past
Flights of Consciousness
Aftermath

I could go on, but thats only a few off the top of my head. I read
these a couple of times a year when other stories get stalled.
They are always good to the last word. Enjoy reading............Cowboy

I like most of what others have listed. In addition, I like "The
Lottery", Lady Guinevere" and "Unique Adventures" all by Dark Vision
and 'The Life in Paradise' series by Doug Fox. Also, "Arlene and
Jeff" by RoustWriter, and "Ashes to Ashes" (not currently availabe) by
The Scot. The rest are all on SOL.

I tired looking for "The Sibling" but it's not on SOL or ASSTR.
However "Snow in July" was a blast to read. So now I've got another
author bookmarked. If you find a link I'd like to read it. Convincing
incest stories are hard to come by.

My favourites are:

Summer Camp

I found "Greenies" and "A perfect world" somewhat annoying.
"Six times a day" is looking interesting.

And thank you all for mentioning yours.

Well, limiting it to favorite authors (in no particular order):
.B
Al Steiner
cmsix
DB_Story
Frank Downey
Gina Marie Wylie
Lazlong
Lazlo Zalezac
Shrink42
Warlord

I'd have ranked them, but don't see much point starting a flame war.

My all time favorite is "Doing it all Over" by Al Steiner, followed
closely by "Aftermath" by Al Steiner.

"10th, 11th, and 12th Grade" and others by Openbook are also big time
favorites of mine.

I loved the "Summer Camps" The Rev. Cottom Mather's "Playing the
Game'... Until I ran into the chapter where they started switching
characters and it blew them both for me. I LOVED them until that
moment though but I couldn't read another word of either after that.

"A Master's Ring" is another one of my old time favorites like most of
what ElSol does.

I like a lot of the stuff Desdmona used to post here too.

I was a fan of Voletrin too, may he rest in peace.

Jeez, where to begin?
Colt45's Shasta's Tale (the most powerful start)
Sweet Witch's Dire Straits (again, powerful start into the story)
Dilettante's Best of Both Worlds (for the wonderful silliness)
Frank Downey's Heroes and Rewind (please finish it!)

Nick Scipio's Summer Camps 1+2

Al Steiner's "Doing it All Over," mostly because it caused me to
completely rethink my own life. It's too short NOT to fall head over
heels and love someone (I'm on my own now, but I am still looking.)
Al's "Aftermath" also did a bit of a number on my head. I found myself
discussing all sorts of 'what if' questions about our current
civilization and technology. I even went so far as to start learning
some real-world skills like plumbing and carpentry rather than relying
on my computer-based job.

Al's writing style is quite recognisable, and sometimes it can sound a
bit like a technical manual but I have to say he's the top of the crop
and I don't think he's written much that I haven't enjoyed.
Oh, "Sacking the Quarterback" is a gem although not on my list and of
course "A Perfect World" and "Greenies" are in my top ten.

So, I can see that I really like long stories and the serialisation of
them makes the whole reading experience very intense.

I would also include The Nighhawk's "Once More With Feelings."

And as I begin thinking about the list I am writing, it seems that my
favourites are the 'Go back and have another chance' genre, which fits
with my mid-life crisis mode.... :0)

I just finished reading "An Ordinary Teenage Sex Life" by bluedragon
and found that it brought me an inordinate amount of enjoyment. I
think I would take that with my onto my desert island.

"Light and Dark" by Moghal is a brilliant story and I have re-read it
several times.

"The Last Wish" by Lubrican is a grand little tale.

"The Dragon's Backbone" by Oz Ozzie. I was pleasantly surprised at the
sheer innovation in the plot-line.

I really miss Mack The Knife. I really hope he's doing OK in real life
and I hope he'll return to tell us his stories one day soon. His
'Feldare' series is excellent and if I were pressed for a favourite it
would be "The Solitary Arrow."

That's my top ten, and what it is too.

Santos J Romeo. I think it has to be the most erotic story on SOL

I'm a fan of the really long works, especialy the multi-volume
ones . They're often uneven due to length , but the good stuff is
really good.

So:

My Girls ( all three books) by unknown1000u2

and Triplet X Love Times 2 (all six books) by DoubleDxxx.

I have to add a serial that isn't on SoL but very we.l could
be - and that's Tales of Mu by Alexandra Erin, updated every
day, Monday through Friday. You can find that at www.talesofmu.com
She can flat-out write.

My favorite is a story I just found recently called "Masquerade"
posted in five parts to Nifty Archives back in 2006 and I don't know
who the author is, but I'm going to email him (her?) right now! And it
is a great story! Probably squeak 90% of the people here though. You
guys should definitely avoid it.

This was one of the first long story I tracked down. It is one of the most
continuously *intense* stories I've ever read.

There's been a lot of discussion about the ending (why and how), but my
opinion is that the protagonist's decision was correct. How he went about it
is, em, yechy.

it would reinforce my choice of anything by cmsix.
