Exam Papers Online is primarily based on papers which the Library receives directly from Schools and includes papers from first, second, third year and honours years and some advanced courses. Specifically requested exclusions are not included.
Please note: for many courses the provision of exams in Spring 2020 differs from previous years due to the Covid-19 outbreak. The relevance of previous exam papers will vary greatly between courses so please contact your course organiser or programme administration team to find out if consulting previous exam papers will be helpful to you as a revision study aid.
A request may be submitted to have a paper, or papers, removed from the web pages by emailing the address below, giving details of the academic year and course title of the paper(s) concerned and the reason for the request.
Past papers are a useful revision tool. They enable you to gauge your subject knowledge and uncover your strengths and weaknesses, enabling you to understand what areas you need to devote more time to and conversely, what areas you can devote less time to.
For each of our qualifications, there will be several past papers available from previous years. There are also tiered papers available for certain subjects and the corresponding mark schemes are also available. You can download the mark scheme for each year to mark your work with each paper.
You can find modified large print and modified language past papers in the same way. If you require a braille version, are unable to locate a particular modified question paper or have any other queries relating to modified papers please email modifie...@wjec.co.uk.
The WJEC Publication Policy explains when WJEC examination documents such as past papers and mark schemes are made available to registered examination centres and to members of the public.
Administered effectively, past papers are the best way to prepare students for the experience of an examination. You can administer them throughout the school year to measure your learners' progression and development.
The copyright in all the past exam papers made available here belongs to the University of Bath. You must therefore obtain permission before copying, redistributing or publishing all or part of any paper.
Official versions of papers as originally sat are only available from the OXAM web site. The copies of papers in the past paper archive are generated from the source of past papers held by the Mathematical Institute which may not be identical to the official copies as sat on the day in the Examination Schools. The past paper archive contains papers from the following examinations. Papers up to and including summer 2019: all exams were closed book and in person. Summer 2020: exams adapted at short notice to be open book and online. Summer 2021: all exams designed to be open book and online.
The library provides online access to some past exam papers on Library Search. Not all courses provide exam papers for the library, so if you can't find what you need on Library Search you should speak to your module leader.
2. Use 'content type' to filter your search results to 'Exam papers'. You might have to select 'show more' to see this option. If the 'Exam papers' option does not appear, it means there are no results that match the module you have searched for.
3. Click on the title of the module and follow the 'available online' link. Then click on 'Sheffield Hallam exam papers'. You will need to login to access the exam paper using your Hallam username and password.
Marking instructions are included at the beginning of specimen assessment material mark schemes and were accurate at the time of publication. Marking instructions may be revised in live papers as appropriate during the lifetime of the qualification.
The ANU Library provides electronic access to past ANU exam papers supplied to the Library by the Examinations office of the Division of Student and Academic Services. Past ANU exam papers are for the use of ANU students and staff only and unauthorised republication is not permitted.
