Howdy.

A big thanks to Pawel Pabich (http://github.com/pawelpabich), who has
added TeamCity integration.
I've ported the teamcity integration over to the new eventing system
and merged it to master. This is in alpha at the moment but will be
more-or-less fully tested for v0.6.

This allows seeing "live" progress of storevil execution during a
teamcity build, and statistical reporting of storevil passes/failures
over time.

The way that the event system works is that any public classes in your
context assemblies that implement IHandle<T> will be instantiated when
StorEvil starts up. So, if you add StorEvil.TeamCity.dll to your
"Assemblies" setting in storevil.config, you will get TeamCity test
reporting.

(You can also specify the assemblies using the --assemblies or -a
switch, followed by a list of assemblies, separated by spaces).
