Hi,
I needed .Net4 support for my current project. Easy as making all the
projects .Net4.
Should I maintain a separate branch for this? Thoughts?

I also want .Net 4 support and I'm going to work on this sometime soon.
While the main StorEvil projects build ok once converted to .Net 4.0,
several unit tests start failing. I haven't looked at why yet but it looks
like problems around Spark and CAS among other things.

I have push a Net4 branch to github. All tests passing etc.

pushed another commit to this branch -> resharper runner also upgraded
to .net4
