need inputs for preliminiary requirements for Remote NetApp support

Please provide your thoughts on requirements given below.

I need to prepare a proposal doc for basic requirements to take remote
support of NetApp Filer.
So please provide what I should have, for ex. autosupport, spare kit
at remote site etc.

Please provide your inputs.

Jay, actually I need to prepare a document that if in case we take a
support of remote filer then what all we need prior to start support.
for ex. complete hardware/configuration deails, spare kit details,
login access, DFM for reporting etc detail. Anyway it has done
