difference between RMC and RLM

Anybody can describe little bit in details about RMC and RLM.
According to me these are used for remote management and provide
remote console through ethernet LAN. But I am curious about the
difference between these two.

after reading these links, it seems RMC is more or like autosupport to
inform about failures. Can RMC be used to get remote console like in
RLM to manage the filer remotly.
