Abuse of minor-mother, uncle arrested in Kerala In a shocking incident, the Thenmala police on Wednesday arrested the mother and relative of a minor girl for subjecting her to sexual abuse for nearly two years. Three others accused in the case, including the father of the girl, are absconding. Police officers confirmed that it was her parents who had handed over the girl to abusers and she had been raped in different locations, including Aryankavu and Tamil Nadu. The mother and daughter, originally from Thiruvananthapuram, are working in a farm in Tamil Nadu. The girl’s mother had filed a man missing complaint at the Thenmala police station two days ago. “When the police located the girl, she said she was staying with her uncle.
