The last two weeks there were many new articles on rape and trauma crimes. These include Ross Cheit exposing the inaccuracies in Beck's "We Believe the Children," ritual murders in the Florida Panhandle, Bill Cosby lawsuit and more accusers, articles on Jimmy Savile and the BBC and Edward Heath former PM, Milwaukee archdiocese, Jehovah's Witnesses, a Santeria priest, a major Pakistan child abuse video case and scandal and a study showing the link between trauma exposure and physical health.

Richard Beck admits that his work is not investigative journalism. He describes it as history. But historians do not rely on secondary sources for major arguments and historians do not omit evidence for the sake of telling a simplified story.
