I come across the following that looks promising for statin victims
and am
forwarding it to everyone who I think might be interested.

first the study that links chronic fatigue syndrome to mitochondrial
dysfunctions. note the similarities between CFS and statin damage:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2680051/

next a pdf file on CFS written by the lead investigator of the above
study...

her main website:

and a copy of my email to her office and their response:

Dear David,
Thank you for your email.

1. and 2 . Yes, samples can be shipped from outside the UK. Obviously
it
can be difficult to get them here before the bloods spoil, see
attachment which
gives some help and advice to those sending samples from the US.

3. I am sorry but we do not get discount from the labs for bulk
orders / groups
and therefore cannot pass any discount on.

It is important that you are clear that we can do tests for those in
the USA but
we do not supply supplements outside the UK. This is stated on the
website but
just want you to be clear about this.

Please email me back with any further questions.

Subject: FW: ATP profile test

Sir,

I am located in the US and am interested in this test for victims of
mitochondrial dysfunctions related to statin drug damage. I represent
an
international organization of statin victims and am interested in
linking any or
all facilities performing this test to our website.

http://www.statinvictims.org/

If your facility is the only one performing this test then I have
several
questions:

1. can the samples be shipped from outside the UK

2. do you have instructions for sample collection and shipping

3. would you consider discounts for groups

I thank you in advance for your response.

Best regards,
David Staup
