Brijmohan Yadav is from Banda, U.P. a young activist working on local issue like RTI, doing advocacy for poor people. 

He was honored for his social work in Alwar by Shri Rajendra Singh Ji on 5th December 2013. Down to Earth also publish a story in October 2013.
He came delhi along with Sanjay Singh of PARMARTH  NGO of Jalloun, U.P. for meeting on  'JAL-JAN JODO ABHIYAN" in GPF September 2013. There he raised the issue of sand mining then Sanjayji and Rajendra bhai ask him to file the case in NGT and they assure him for all kind of support.
Sanjay singh ji introduce him to Advocate Rahul Chowdharyji of LIFE.  He filed the case in NGT through Ritwik Dutta and Rahul chowdhary. After listing of case he was threaten by sand mafia and local police to take back the case from NGT. Local police filed one false case on him. interested thing that in FIR itself witnesses says that case is fabricated. 
 He is now under threat of life from sand mafia and Local police. 

i am attaching a letter written by Brijmohan Yadav to UP officials. His contact nor. is 09628136311 and 07398772452. He do not know english and he know very little about email etc. he need others help for email. he is simple poor farmer.
