There is a limit to liberalism or extent of jurisprudence.   The three India Supreme Court judges UU Lalit, S. Ravindra Bat and Bela M. Trivedi has violated every norm of justice in commuting the death sentence of Feroz who brutally raped and murdered 4 year old girl .  "Every sinner has a future"?  What future does the 4 year old innocent girl whose life was snuffed out so brutally receive?   Did they consider the opinion of her family before they delivered this judgement?   In many advanced nations, the opinions of the victims' family is seriously taken into consideration.

 

With little accountability from the public, appointing  judges within themselves, worse all judges from a handful of families, the Indian judicial system has gone rogue, utterly rogue.   It is time Bharat rises up to the tyranny of the Indian judiciary, many are as corrupt as much of the  political system in Bharat.

 

This is the same court that recused itself  in the face of the enormous post poll violence in West Bengal, but quickly issued suo moto after Uttar Pradesh Lakhimpur violence.   They are quick to protect the rights of Rohingyas who are not even Indian citizens (and have known to be committing so many crimes) but would not stand firmly for the rights of 500,000 Kashmiri Hindus who were brutally driven out for the last 31 years and living as refugees in their own country. This is the same Judiciary that closed its eyes to the rampant conversions going on South Bharat and threatened action against the very people who are reaching them out for justice.  This is the same court that interpreted Sabarimala case in terms of western denomination system but has no guts whatsoever to address not a single Muslim woman allowed in the lacs of Mosque in the nation.    While there are so many backlogs in delivering justice, the same people are busy about what height of the human pyramid of Dahi Hindu festival or whether Diwali crackers should be banned but not the pressing issues of the nation.  Just recently they allowed Rana Ayyub to travel outside the country with blatant disregard for the geopolitical challenge the country faces.

 

How much violence is happening in the country by radical Islamists, how many young girls lives are destroyed completely and even brutally stabbed, some with their throats slit through love jihad, how much colossal change of landscape by the aggressive missionaries happening across the nation, but like Ostrich with head in the sand, these people might as well be from another nation delivering justice to hapless countrymen.   How many under trials spend most of their sentence even before they are convicted, but our judiciary is busy taking vacations and living their high life.  They halt the demolitions but have once addressed the victims of the violence, the loss of livelihood or the loss of life where stones used are more killer weapons than random pelting.  

 

Do they even have any understanding of Indian history or its ethos?   Do they even know its history?  Do they have any grasp of enormous geopolitical challenges the nation faces?   Till today the victims of Delhi protest violence and the security person Ankit Sharma who was stabbed hundreds of times and his body thrown in a ditch or other victims have not gotten justice.  The person who is the mastermind may never get a death sentence, worse even bailed out.   How many times those who were given bail and commuted the sentence went and went on to commit more crimes, sometimes the next day or week but there is little accountability from the judiciary.  Even Pakistan supreme court gave death sentence to those who lynched the Sri Lankan citizen, but our insane judiciary may never give such death sentences while they are living a protected and insulated life leaving its citizens into jaws of death.  While nations like the United States have instituted mandatory sentences, these justices would potentially block such laws even if the legislature instituted such laws.

 

When there is no strong deterrence, there is every potential for more crimes.  What fundamental rights are they protecting when people have no security,  in fact they are violating the fundamental rights of citizens with their judgements. Completely alienated from the ethos of the country,  these judges might as well be transported to some colonialist nation.  

Enough is enough, there needs to be a national movement against the insane, perverted and heavily compromised Judiciary of  Bharath.  It is time for the victims to reach out to the President of the country to appeal to impeach the insane judiciary and make changes to a system we have inherited from the colonialists and refuse to change.

We cannot say courts are a hindrance, let it come to that, at least people will know who the villains are and take on them.   Center is being made into a mockery where right on the day Home minister Amit Shah was there BJP activists in Kolkata was murdered.   Why do we even have the President's rule in the Constitution?   Narasimha Rao showed he is a lion when he put Gill in Punjab and brought the terrorism to its knees. Can BJP not do that? 

We also don’t seem to understand Western Globalists. CIA may give details of terrorist movements on the very terrorist they created through ISI. They may arrange awards from Middle eastern countries for Modi while at the same time plan to assassinate politically (or even physically). In early 1990’s ‘Clinton zindabad’ was one of the slogans of the Kashmiri separatists.   The West wants Bharat against the Russia/China axis but a pliable disposition so that they can use it for their purposes.   

Will our firm action affect relations with rich Middle eastern nations? China is closer to Saudi Arabia than ever in spite of mass camping of Uighurs and blocking every possible Islamic practice.

The immense anger over the treatment of Nupur Sharma in large sections of society is a reflection of not just what is done, but also what is not done.   Imagine a lawyer in the nation who so openly puts a large bounty and how long it took the Government to arrest him and that too only after suspending the very person he puts a bounty on.   In any respected nation they are immediately categorized as terrorists and arrested and every professional license will be cancelled.  What will be the state of affairs if such a lawyer continues to practice law?  The alt news criminal who doctored video and provoked such large scale threats is still at large and tweeting.    BJP can discipline Nupur Sharma for alleged violations of the party but as a ruling party they have the responsibility to apply the law on those who threatened her and her family. The origins of 70,000 derogatory threats Nupur Sharma received is a gold mine of information of those with criminal intent, particularly those from Bharat.   Even those outside Bharath need to be pursued and taken up with other nations and possibly initiate interpol against them.  Every one of those who gave death threats to her are terrorists.   

 

I challenge one Supreme Court judge to answer Nupur Sharma's simple question, 'are we going to be ruled by our constitution or by Shariah law'? 

 

What wrong has Nupur Sharma done in the first place?   Repeating a statement (not even an opinion) from a revered islamic scripture in the heat of the moment on a national TV where Hindu deities are constantly and continuously insulted a crime? Is the threat against her imaginary?  To this day the killers of Kamlesh Tripathi or those who perpetrated brutal crimes in Delhi riots, or those who cut off hands and legs in the name of Shariah are not given death sentence while Supreme Court commutes death sentence of someone who raped and killed a 4 year old girl.  Will any of those judges hire that person in their own home for any job or least have such a person as their neighbor?   Akbaruddin Owaisi who said 'give me 24 hours and 20 crores Muslims will decimate 100 crore Hindus' is roaming free just as those who brutally killed Kashmiri Hindus for the last 31 years while the same spineless judiciary takes on with full show of strength on Sansad.   We have a judiciary that wakes up in the middle of the night to serve certain interests but stands by when it comes to protecting the fundamental rights of its citizens.  Today Kapil Sibal has more say on the Supreme Court than the Parliament elected by 1.4 billion people while the 'self appointing' judges are busy protecting themselves and making hay during their short tenure in Supreme court. These corrupt judges will not even acknowledge the large amount of illegal missionary conversions going on across the nation.  I challenge one Supreme Court judge to answer Nupur Sharma's simple question, 'are we going to be ruled by our constitution or by Shariah law'? 

 

What kind of nation are we creating where someone can issue a fatwa and go around freely?  Who should be paying for all the security needed caused by these threats?   What kind of nation where there is such large scale love Jihad going on but we are still debating the issue or even acknowledge this at national level?  What kind of nation where literally enormous violence is used to win elections with complete murder of democracy in West Bengal while the administration sees no reason for President's rule and judges recuse themselves? What kind of nation where all it takes is threats from Western globalist media that we are scared to implement the laws such as CAA passed by the Parliament elected by 1.4 billion people?    What kind of nation we hope to create every day young Muslim boys are taught to kill the kafirs and the rest of the civilization is sitting duck for demography changes to occur?  What kind of  nation will create if one simple post is enough to cut a throat or behead while the larger community has to bear day after day the insults?   What kind of nation are we creating when the media removes a completely rational interview where Nupur Sharma spoke , while such an action is actually adding fuel to those who are threatening based on lies and doctored videos out of context? What are we teaching young girls who wants to stand in politics?  What kind of nation are we creating where Governments can simply steal Hindu devotees funds with no accountability, worse in activities such as conversions to destroy this civilization?  Which nation has the majority so badly discriminated against them in their own country?   What kind of banana republic has this nation become?

 

Let us learn from France, even small nations like Myanmar, from Vietnam and the Islamic nations themselves.   Do we see any murderous mob going and destroying things and brutally murdering people in any Middle Eastern Islamic country?  Do you see them doing this in any Western nation?  How long did it take to completely decimate a 350 year old prosperous Vijayanagara empire?  Less than six months.    We cannot brush aside civilizational issues while pursuing economic interests going from one election to another.   Even economically, if there can be a brutal murderous mob after every friday evening, what is stopping them to utterly destroy a factory or place of economic interest.   Who would be interested in investing in a country where citizens rights cannot be protected?   None other than ex-Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi said that the 5 trillion dollar goal is not possible with the current judiciary. 

 

Create a strong deterrence and this violence and threats will stop overnight.   Every fatwa should be prosecuted and every Shariah crime should be returned with a quick death sentence.   Every love jihad perpetrator need to be put to death, most importantly those who funded it.  Every  worship place that encourages brutal violence needs to be demolished immediately, not just of those who commit such violence. Every media that follows yellow journalism pursuing foreign interests should have their license cancelled and every foregin media and social media that is engaging in Western regime change agenda should be acted upon.   We need 'hate crimes' bill and mandatory sentencing for crimes to protect against corrupt judiciary and amend the constitution to make judiciary accountable to the nation and not cabals like Kapil Sibal.   We need to consider bringing in lakhs of retired army personnel with weapons in Kashmir, which will probably stop the violence very quickly, as was suggested in the past. We need to provide weapons and training to those who are targeted in vulnerable areas.  We should seriously consider a 1 year compulsory service in military before college to every student as well as martial arts training programs in every village and town to give a chance to fight the fanatics. 

 

How could we have handled the whole episode differently?  Bharat should have held its ground firmly and make a statement such as, "Nupur Sharma as a spokesperson of ruling party  on a national TV should not have made certain statements that has potential to hurt sentiments of members of Islamic society.  However the statements she made are nothing different from what is stated in most revered Islamic scriptures (Hadiths by Bukhari and others).   Her response was repeat of the same in the scriptures at the heat of the moment when Hindu deities are constantly ridiculed and mocked in a derogatory manner by few members of Islamic society in the program as well as outside.    India is a vibrant democracy and we urge peoples of different faiths have a civilized debate while being sensitive to the sentiments of all sides".   Such a narrative should have been debated in the parliament and media should have been strictly warned to cover the issue from all aspects respecting the sensitivity of the issue.  Instead we have reacted in such a manner to create a situation where the propaganda spread against Nupur has turned into truth with so many targeting her and her family while they now have to live under constant security for years to come.   If our narrative strongly communicated while at the same time quickly handling the fake news spreaders, things would not have come to this pass.

 

While each nation has its compulsions for large interests, it is better for the administration to show strength against nations that threaten us for a citizen exercising her fundamental right of freedom of expression.  Economic interests are two way streets just as the West realized they cannot unilaterally penalize Russia on Ukraine war.   Let us recognize the Western regime change agenda which is most likely using radical Islamic fronts of CIA.  They are deliberately using radical Islam and missionary conversions through both overt and covert means and are rabidly anti-Hindu.  In fact, the Kashmir problem is a Western globalists agenda through proxies.  Let us realize while the West arranges awards to Narendra Modi they are also working intently for regime change (carrot and stick) because they need a pliable administration for their geopolitical goals. 

 

Let us remind Qatar that they gave  citizenship to MF Hussain who painted the most revered Hindu deities in the most derogatory manner and ask them to educate us what did Nupur Sharma said that is not already in the most revered scriptures of Islam starting from Bukhari.  Perhaps we can remind them that while Bharat spoke for Uighur Muslims in China not a single Islamic nation stood for them.   Ask them why they do not allow a single temple built in their country in spite of so many Hindus working in their nations and contributing to their economy.   Or that Bharath took many Rohingya Muslims as refugees whom no Middle Eastern Islamic nation would even consider to take. That we are a vibrant democracy and we do not need lessons from autocracies.    For heaven sake, let us stand up for our citizens rights.

This is an uneven fight that Hindus are fighting. Think of it as going into a sword fight with a pencil. When Islamists like Rana Ayyub, Mohammad Zubair etc dog-whistle, they get Qatar, Iran, Saudi Arabia etc to support them, even Pakistan and other Muslim nations, along with the global left. When Hindus need to outrage, they are stuck with writers like me.

It was a Monday morning when Nupur Sharma (the now-former BJP spokesperson) and I sat down for a tête-à-tête. She had already been getting the vilest death and rape threats from the members of a cult who believe in seeing those threats too. During our conversation, which can be viewed on YouTube, I acknowledge I had a strange look of worry that engulfed my face, no matter how hard I tried to look ‘normal’.

OpIndia and I personally, have covered far too many incidents of “Blasphemy violence” to not be concerned. I wouldn’t lie, but in my mind, there was a tiny voice that said Nupur Sharma’s fate was sealed. Much like that of Kamlesh Tiwari, who was arrested for his speech and subsequently beheaded for it.

But then during the interview, Nupur Sharma told me that she was in constant touch with the HMO, PMO and even Mr Devendra Fadnavis had called to tell her that they were standing firmly behind her. “My party is extremely concerned about my safety”, she told me and that eased my worry to a certain extent. There is certainly no amount of protection that could be considered adequate when there are two calls for beheading against you, however, it was some consolation. The powers that be had taken cognisance and Nupur had the institutional support she needed so desperately – or so we thought.

Soon after my interview with her, news surfaced that Nupur Sharma had been suspended from the primary membership of the party. “You have expressed views contrary to the party’s position on various matters”, the suspension read. Pending further inquiry, Nupur Sharma had been suspended from the party.

Where was widespread condemnation and outrage from average supporters whose lives would not be diminished by who the party chooses as a spokesperson. Almost immediately, my heart sank. The institutional support Nupur so desperately needed had been taken away from her. One may argue that it is entirely possible that she is still being protected, but for the Islamists who wanted her head, the decision worked like blood being smeared on a hungry lion’s mouth. Nupur had been fed to the wolves, alone, cast aside, humiliated and disgraced. For the Islamists who were baying for her blood, the message was simple – BJP does not endorse the criticism of Islam – nay – even reading of the Hadits – because it may offend the intolerant minority.

Those who support the party unconditionally claimed that this move was done in “national interest”. It turns out, that certain Islamic nations had started dog-whistling about Nupur Sharma’s comments, threatening to boycott Indian products if action was not taken against her. Qatar had even summoned the Indian Ambassador demanding an unequivocal apology for comments “against Prophet Muhammad”. Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Iran gave statements too.

AltNews’ Zubair celebrated it.

Indian Muslims had celebrated and per the Ummah that they believe in, goaded the Islamic nations to take cognisance. Mohammad Zubair tagged the Indian Embassy of Doha and said that he could provide several such tweet examples where Hindus had made “insulting” comments. The celebratory tweets from these elements had a distinct hint of victory. “She was suspended for insulting Prophet Muhammad” the terrorist allies chimed in.

While the hounds continued to bark, Nupur Sharma’s actual comment was brushed under the carpet. So too was dismissed that in her interview with me, she had categorically said that she did not even give an opinion on their Prophet, all she did, was mention what was already mentioned in their own Hadits. After being angered by comments on the Shivling, she had merely asked if she should start mocking their faith as well, like they mock ours. She had also said that she would be happy to take her comments back if any established Islamic scholar would come forward to correct her – “If I am factually wrong, I will be happy to take my statements back” she had told me.

None of this mattered.

Islamists, the world over, don’t particularly rely on facts and proof. All they need is the word “blasphemy” whispered in their ear and they suddenly turn into those mindless zombies who walk around with their arms extended looking for fresh flesh to chew on and blood to quench their thirst. One recalls the incident in Bangladesh where Hindus were one Iqbal Hussain had placed a Quran in a Durga Puja pandal and it led to widespread violence against Hindus and their places of worship.

In another incident in Sialkot, Pakistan, where a man from Sri Lanka was lynched to death and burnt. Eyewitnesses denied that he had committed any blasphemy, but all it took for a mob of walkers to Lynch and burn a man alive was the mere allegation of blasphemy. There is just no winning with a cult that gets murderously enraged even if they “feel” like the Kafirs have breathed wrong. Frankly, I believe that blasphemy is a mere excuse. They want to murder Kafirs and even a false whisper is considered a good enough excuse to put their murderous dreams in motion.

Nupur Sharma today is dealing with this frenzied mob. She has been declared a blasphemer by the Islamists, by the zombies baying for blood. The last thing she needed was for the institutional support to be taken away from her and for her to be declared guilty by the very party that was supposed to protect her. Those who would like to defend the BJP may say that the party ‘had to act’ given the statements from Gulf countries and that they have not “officially removed her” but “suspended her pending inquiry”, but there mere fact that an inquiry has been ordered and she has been suspended for the duration of that inquiry declares her guilty.

The Islamists demanding her head now know that the BJP is, in its official capacity, considering a statement worth investigating. That it COULD HAVE been an insult to Islam and that if it was, she does not get support from the party. Essentially, the BJP, with one swift move, has declared all commentary against Islam or even the mere quoting from the Quran and Hadit as a blasphemous act, much like the Islamists, that is not to be condoned. Therefore, when critics today say that Nupur Sharma was thrown under the bus, they are not very far off the mark.

Personally, as someone who has been at the receiving end of threats and intimidation when I was in Bengal (where I got immense support from the BJP leadership), I was sad, angry and disgusted by the conduct of the BJP in disassociating itself from one of their own, who frankly, did not even say anything wrong. They threw her to the wolves, to fend for herself and emboldened the barbarians multifold, not just against her, but all of us.

That said, this issue now needs to lead to a far greater realisation than “what BJP did was wrong”. This incident where Islamic nations came together under the Ummah, aided by Indian Muslims, only proves to us how powerless we truly are when up against the global Ummah. The Islamic community has over 50 nations to rally behind their cause and ensure that every slight, every comment, and every incident that they perceive as an affront to their regimental faith is challenged.

Hindus are no match and right now, it almost seems impossible that we would ever reach a stage where we can challenge their propaganda. One has to realise that the Islamists have several avenues to build alliances. They have their Ummah, which essentially deems all Muslims as one separate nation incapable of existing with Kafirs and then they have the global Left that is all too happy to ally with Islamists against any civilisational state that they think needs to be broken up. Hindus, on the other hand, have to fend for themselves. Hindus can’t possibly ally, not as completely, at least, with the Christian Right of the West because the Abrahamic perspective they come from is wildly different from the Indic perspective that Hindus rely on.

Therefore, this is an uneven fight that Hindus are fighting. Think of it as going into a sword fight with a pencil. When Islamists like Rana Ayyub, Mohammad Zubair etc dog-whistle, they get Qatar, Iran, Saudi Arabia etc to support them, even Pakistan and other Muslim nations, along with the global left. When Hindus need to outrage, they are stuck with writers like me. The plain is not even. The fight is woefully unequal.

In the run-up to the partition, what saved Hindus at least to some extent is the fact that the civilisational battle was geographically confined to India. Even when Muslims were fighting for the Turkish Caliphate, their fight was geographically confined. They massacred Hindus within our borders and while we can safely blame our leaders from then, like MK Gandhi, for allowing Hindus to die, it was still a battle that India was fighting at home.

Today, that has changed. We are no longer fighting the rabid Islamists like the Moplah Muslims or those Muslims who massacred Hindus during Direct Action Day, we are today up against an unseen enemy. The alliance between the global Left, the Islamists, the Periyarists, the Ambedkarites, the Church, and so on and so forth.

What is needed for a vast majority of people, is to hear me be an optimist. “We will not go quietly into the night”, I should say. While we won’t go down without a fight, it almost feels like “going down” is an eventuality that seems hard to escape. I often say I feel like every day, I am documenting our end. End of a grand, ancient civilisation as we know it.

Out of this abyss of dismay, my Wishlist is rather simple. Hindus need to wake up and realise that they are not in a battle of narratives for the benefit of a political party, but in a fight for their lives, for their existence, for their survival. While we have shifted the Overton Window to a level previously thought impossible, in the real world, one still hears deracinated and uninformed Hindus saying that Nupur Sharma should not have “unnecessarily insulted their Prophet”. I wish they understood that they will take a mile if you cede an inch.

Today, you might say it is unnecessary to comment on Islam and “provoke them”. Once you stop Hindus from doing that, tomorrow they will say your “idol worship is unnecessary” because it provokes Muslims who are theologically and ardently against idol worship. Our temples, our rituals, our customs, our traditions, and our entire existence would be deemed as an unnecessary provocation. This attitude is defeatist. With this attitude, we are bound to lose this war and the price we would pay for that loss would be our civilisational demise. It is an attitude that would lead us to our end, and an attitude, that was, unfortunately, also reflected in the plight of Nupur Sharma today.

The immense anger over the treatment of Nupur Sharma in large sections of society is a reflection of not just what is done, but also what is not done.  Imagine a lawyer in the nation who so openly puts a large bounty and how long it took the Government to arrest him and that too only after suspending the very person he puts a bounty on.   In any respected nation they are immediately categorized as terrorists and arrested and every professional license will be cancelled.  What will be the state of affairs if such a lawyer continues to practice law?  The alt news criminal who doctored video and provoked such large scale threats is still at large and tweeting.    BJP can discipline Nupur Sharma for alleged violations of the party but as a ruling party they have the responsibility to apply the law on those who threatened her and her family. The origins of 70,000 derogatory threats Nupur Sharma received is a gold mine of information of those with criminal intent, particularly those from Bharat.   Even those outside Bharath need to be pursued and taken up with other nations and possibly initiate interpol against them.  Every one of those who gave death threats to her are terrorists.   

 

I challenge one Supreme Court judge to answer Nupur Sharma's simple question, 'are we going to be ruled by our constitution or by Shariah law'? 

 

Is the threat against her imaginary?  To this day the killers of Kamlesh Tripathi or those who perpetrated brutal crimes in Delhi riots, or those who cut off hands and legs in the name of Shariah are not given death sentence while Supreme Court commutes death sentence of someone who raped and killed a 4 year old girl.  Will any of those judges hire that person in their own home for any job or least have such a person as their neighbor?    Akbaruddin Owaisi who said 'give me 24 hours and 20 crores Muslims will decimate 100 crore Hindus' is roaming free just as those who brutally killed Kashmiri Hindus for the last 31 years while the same spineless judiciary takes on with full show of strength on Sansad.   We have a judiciary that wakes up in the middle of the night to serve certain interests but stands by when it comes to protecting the fundamental rights of its citizens.  Today Kapil Sibal has more say on the Supreme Court than the Parliament elected by 1.5 billion people while the 'self appointing' judges are busy protecting themselves and making hay during their short tenure in Supreme court. These corrupt judges will not even acknowledge the large amount of illegal missionary conversions going on across the nation.  I challenge one Supreme Court judge to answer Nupur Sharma's simple question, 'are we going to be ruled by our constitution or by Shariah law'? 

 

What kind of nation are we creating where someone can issue a fatwa and go around freely?  Who should be paying for all the security needed caused by these threats?   What kind of nation where there is such large scale love Jihad going on but we are still debating the issue or even acknowledge this at national level?  What kind of nation where literally enormous violence is used to win elections with complete murder of democracy in West Bengal while the administration sees no reason for President's rule and judges recuse themselves? What kind of nation where all it takes is threats from Western globalist media that we are scared to implement the laws such as CAA passed by the Parliament elected by 1.5 billion people?    What kind of nation we hope to create every day young Muslim boys are taught to kill the kafirs and just rest of the civilization is sitting duck for demography changes to occur?  What kind of  nation will create if one simple post is enough to cut a throat or behead while the larger community has to bear day after day the insults?   What kind of nation are we creating when the media removes a completely rational interview where Nupur Sharma spoke , while such an action is actually adding fuel to those who are threatening based on lies and doctored videos out of context? What are we teaching young girls who wants to stand in politics?  What kind of nation are we creating where Governments can simply steal Hindu devotees funds with no accountability, worse in activities such as conversions to destroy this civilization?  Which nation has the majority so badly discriminated against them in their own country?   What kind of banana republic has this nation become?

 

Let us learn from France, even small nations like Myanmar, from Vietnam and the Islamic nations themselves.   Do we see any murderous mob going and destroying things and brutally murdering people in any Middle Eastern Islamic country?  Do you see them doing this in any Western nation?  How long did it take to completely decimate a 350 year old prosperous Vijayanagara empire?  Less than six months.    We cannot brush aside civilizational issues while pursuing economic interests going from one election to another.   Even economically, if there can be a brutal murderous mob after every friday evening, what is stopping them to utterly destroy a factory or place of economic interest.   Who would be interested in investing in a country where citizens rights cannot be protected?   None other than ex-Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi said that the 5 trillion dollar goal is not possible with the current judiciary. 

 

Create a strong deterrence and this violence and threats will stop overnight.   Every fatwa should be prosecuted and every Shariah crime should be returned with a quick death sentence.   Every love jihad perpetrator need to be put to death, most importantly those who funded it.  Every  worship place that encourages brutal violence needs to be demolished immediately, not just those who commit such violence. Every media that follows yellow journalism pursuing foreign interests should have their license cancelled and every foregin media and social media that is engaging in Western regime change agenda should be acted upon.   We need 'hate crimes' bill and mandatory sentencing for crimes to protect against corrupt judiciary and amend the constitution to make judiciary accountable to the nation and not cabals like Kapil Sibal.   We need to consider bringing in lakhs of retired army personnel with weapons in Kashmir, which will probably stop the violence very quickly, as was suggested in the past.

 

How could we have handled the whole episode differently?  Bharat should have held its ground firmly and make a statement such as, "Nupur Sharma as a spokesperson of ruling party  on a national TV should not have made certain statements that has potential to hurt sentiments of members of Islamic society.  However the statements she made are nothing different from what is stated in most revered Islamic scriptures (Hadiths by Bukhari and others).   Her response was repeat of the same at the heat of the moment when Hindu deities are constantly ridiculed and mocked in a derogatory manner by few members of Islamic society in the program and outside.    India is a vibrant democracy and we urge peoples of different faiths have a civilized debate while being sensitive to the sentiments of all sides".   Such a narrative should have been debated in the parliament and media should have been strictly warned to cover the issue from all aspects respecting the sensitivity of the issue.  Instead we have reacted in such a manner to create a situation where the propaganda spread against Nupur has turned into truth with so many targeting her and her family while they have to live under constant security for years to come.   If our narrative strongly communicated while at the same time quickly handling the fake news spreaders, we would perhaps not even have to answer to any countries.
