All,

I just wanted to give you a quick update on where we stand with the sessions for the Stoos Stampede and what is going to happen in the next couple of weeks.
We currently have a whopping 33 sessions already with some great discussions, brainstorms and storytelling. That is great, but we are looking for even more sessions.

Here is the timeline for the session proposals:
*Please note this is only for session that will be scheduled. It will always be possible to make new sessions on the spot, Open Space style.*

July 26th the deadline closes for submissions at http://stoos.ideascale.com
July 27th-July 3th will be reserved for people to go through the sessions and vote for the ones they are interested in.
July 4th I will match interest with rooms and publish the agenda.
July 6th and 7th. People can always add extra sessions to the agenda and/or run the same session again if not everyone could participate.

If you have any questions or suggestions about session proposals or the agenda please let me know.
If you want to submit a session proposal you can do that at http://stoos.ideascale.com

Regards,

Erwin

Everyone,

Just a quick reminder that the first deadline to submit ideas to http://stoos.ideascale.com is in 1 week time. It is still possible to submit ideas for a session after that and even during the conference. It just won't be scheduled in advance then.

If you have any questions or suggestions, do not hesitate to ask.

Regards,

Erwin
