It's us, the Zoë Girls again!  We have just a couple of quick things to pass along to you!

 

Admission to the Planet Purple is FREE!*

 

*What?!?!  Yes, we are doing something even more fun for the LGBTQI community!  For each paid lodging reservation on the night of the Planet Purple Parties, those guests attend the party for FREE!  That's right, spend the night and come to the party for FREE!  (Double occupancy, paid reservations only, not applicable on holidays or holiday weekends, cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.  For lodging only, no breakfast will be served the following morning. Thankful for Diversity Party a BUST?

 

The response to the Thankful for Diversity Party has been very modest (as in, no one has paid in advance), which is understandable with the upcoming holidays and all.  Since we close the inn for the Planet Purple parties, we have to have a minimum of 30 confirmed folks in order to have a party.  Since we have not had much response, we may have to cancel the Thankful for Diversity Party, (unless we get a mad rush of people calling and emailing in the next couple of days!  The new deadline to reserve early is November 16th, cost is $15 per person in advance, $19 at the door).  Don't forget, if the Diversity Party does go on, we are collecting non-perishable food items and/or used coats for local charities.  Let's share the love. 

 

We will be serving light hors d'oeuvres with a harvest theme, from 7 - 9.  The party is from 7 pm until midnightish.  Soft drinks will be served, but BYOB.

 

Even if the Diversity Party is cancelled, don't worry!  We will have a gathering in December, whether it's a Christmas party or a New Year's Eve Party, or both (if the interest is high).  Speaking of which....

 

Don't Forget to VOTE!

 

Yes, election day has passed, BUT, we need to know if you would prefer a Christmas Party, a New Year's Eve Bash...or...BOTH?!?!  So please, email or call and let us know what you would like to see happen with the Planet Purple in December.

1. You can mail your payment to

Be sure to put the names of all attendees somewhere with your payment, that way we will have you on the list.

 

2. You are welcome to pay over the phone with a credit card, call us at 505-682-5433, if you are calling from the Tularosa Basin. You can also call us toll-free at 1-866-543-3466.

 

3. You can leave your payment with the cashier at the High Rolls General Store at 845 Hwy 82 (their number is 505-682-2955 if you need further directions or store hours). If you decide to pay at the
High Rolls General Store, please put your check, cash or money order in an envelope and be sure to write "Good Life Inn" on the outside. Also, this is very important, BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE NAMES OF THE PEOPLE WHO WILL BE COMING EITHER IN THE ENVELOPE OR OUTSIDE.

 

4. Another payment option is to send your credit card number to us in an email (goodl...@aol.com). Again, be sure to tell us the names of the people who will be attending.

 

5.  If you have attended these events in the past and paid with a credit card and would like to pay with the same card, just let us know.
