Deadline for the 18th is Coming...&...New Year's Bash or Christmas Party?

Hello Everyone!

 

Please feel free to forward this email to EVERYONE and ANYONE that you think might be interested. We want to keep the Planet Purple "in the family," and because of that, we are only doing word-of-mouth advertising.  So, we truly appreciate your help in spreading the word!  =>

 

The "Thankful for Diversity" Party will be here before we know it!  The deadline to reserve early at the cheaper cover ($15) is this Wednesday (November 15th).

 

We have even more reason to celebrate: the Democrats took control of the house and the senate...LET'S PARTY!!!  In the spirit of this great democracy, we'd like to share with those who may really need it this winter.  So, if you feel moved, please bring non-perishable food items and/or a coat that you would like to donate. (We will pass these along to deserving local charities.)

 

The cost to attend the party is $15 in advance and $19 at the door. We will be serving light hors d'oeuvres with a harvest theme, from 7 - 9.  Soft drinks will be served, but BYOB. The party is from 7 pm until midnightish.

 

There are these five easy options to pay in advance:

 

1. You can mail your payment to

Be sure to put the names of all attendees somewhere with your payment, that way we will have you on the list.

 

2. You are welcome to pay over the phone with a credit card, call us at 505-682-5433, if you are calling from the Tularosa Basin. You can also call us toll-free at 1-866-543-3466.

 

3. You can leave your payment with the cashier at the High Rolls General Store at 845 Hwy 82 (their number is 505-682-2955 if you need further directions or store hours). If you decide to pay at the
High Rolls General Store, please put your check, cash or money order in an envelope and be sure to write "Good Life Inn" on the outside. Also, this is very important, BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE NAMES OF THE PEOPLE WHO WILL BE COMING EITHER IN THE ENVELOPE OR OUTSIDE.

 

4. Another payment option is to send your credit card number to us in an email (goodl...@aol.com). Again, be sure to tell us the names of the people who will be attending.

 

5.  If you have attended these events in the past and paid with a credit card and would like to pay with the same card, just let us know.

 

We would be eternally grateful if you could let us know in advance that you plan to pay at the door, that way we will have enough food for everyone.

 

Survey Says?  Traditional Christmas Party vs. New Year's Eve Bash?

 

We had originally thought of having a Christmas party on December 9th, but it was brought to our attention that a New Year's Eve Gala would be awesome!  We are definitely open to the idea, but we need your input. We don't want to overload everyone with two events in one month, so majority will rule.  Please email or call and let us know what you would prefer: either a traditional Christmas Party or a New Year's Eve Bash.  Again, please let us know as soon as possible so we can start planning the FUN!
