Subject: Important GLBT Ally research – participants needed
Dear GLBT Ally,
I am a graduate student at the University of Memphis,
and am asking for your support in reaching family
members of GLBT individuals for a glbt-affirmative
study on post-election reactions to same-sex marriage
amendments. This is the only study of its kind that is
assessing the impact of anti-glbt policies over time.
We are trying to reach as many states as possible in
the hopes of getting in touch with as many individuals
as possible. We are hoping that our results will
contribute to challenging current anti-glbt policies.
I would gratefully appreciate any help you could give
us with letting your community know of this project.
Thank you,
-KT Hiestand
