Concert: December 2

Today at the Stonewall Meeting we discussed the upcoming concert we plan to
host and have settled on a date, December 2. Therefore, for anyone who said
they had a contact with a band, let them know so we can book them for that
evening or not. That way we'll know who to expect. Send me an e-mail if
you have a band confirmed.
The current plan is to hold the concert in the Corbett Center Ballrooms.
They hold up to 300 people (600 if we rent both) and will cost $75 ($150 for
both). If we get the bands confirmed we'll need to confirm and book the
room.
ASNMSU may not allow us to charge for the event. In that case we will need
to have a highly suggested donation at the door.
The plan is to have some food for the band. If anyone can cook and donate
anything at all please send me an e-mail and we'll figure out what we have.
