Coming Out Day and PFLAG Fundraiser

To all chalkers and flyerers despite the rain we will be chalking and
flyering this evening and hoping for the best. The flyers are printed and
the chalk is ready. Please meet in front of the Corbett Center main
entrance at 7:00 PM.
National Coming Out Day is Wednesday October 11. For those of you who have
signed up for tabling please be there, I plan to give you all a reminder
call tomorrow. For those of you not signed up, please drop by and say hi
anyways from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
Camino De Vida will be having AIDS testing during tabling. The tests
themselves will take place in the privacy of the Resource Center, and
someone from Camino De Vida will be at the tables to lead those being tested
to the Resource Center.
A BBQ will be held in Perciado Park from 5:00 - 8:00 PM. All are welcome,
bring friends.
Also forwarded today is a flyer for the PFLAG fundraiser. As a reminder,
PFLAG has offered to let us run concessions and keep the profit. The
fundraiser is on Saturday November 4th, now that we have the time and date
we will discuss volunteers at the next Stonewall Meeting and see if we would
like to run concessions and if people are available to do so.
