Hello everyone,
I want to make sure we're all on the same page regarding details of our upcoming Holiday concert.
This Wednesday's rehearsal is in our usual space.
When:
Show time: Sunday Dec. 12, 3:00pm
Call time: 2:00pm
Setup time: 11:00am to load from the chapel.
Where: Hackettstown 1st Presbyterian Church.
Dress code: Start from usual concert attire. Tuxes on the gents. Ladies dress or blouse.
Feel free to add festive colors or accessories.
Masks
All audience members must wear a facemask throughout the performance.

For Orchestra members, the mask is optional but STRONGLY encouraged, especially before/after the show and during the intermission.
Tickets
As you all know, tickets are REQUIRED for attendance. As of this coming Wednesday, all tickets belonging to orchestra memes will have been distributed. Those with a ticket in-hand are free to use
Orchestra members do not need tickets.
If you don't have all the ones you ordered already, please make sure to see me Wednesday.
If anyone doesn't need the 2 tickets they were given, please bring them Wednesday night and I'm SURE somebody will want them.
Ushers will be taking tickets at the front and rear doors of the church from those who have tickets in-hand.
For those picking up tickets Will-Call please use the rear parking-lot door ONLY.
Live Stream
For those who didn't get a ticket, we will live-stream the concert on our website.
Does anyone have a camera they can bring to rehearsal and let us use for the concert? It needs to be able to connect to laptop via USB as a video source, and tripod-mountable. I'd like to try streaming with a decent external camera and external microphone hooked to a laptop, but I don't have a suitable camera.
If I can't get it the way we want, plan B is to just use a good iPhone to broadcast from, which is likely fine also.
I'm looking forward to a lovely holiday concert.
