This has nothing to do with Stone Soup (directly), but I always like to support the arts and our friends.

It's Time For Some Jazz!
The SwingTime Jazz Band will be performing on Sunday, July 16 in The First Presbyterian Church of Hackettstown, 298 Main Street, Hackettstown, at 3:00 pm. Admission is free.
The members are professional players who have played with such well-known bands as Buddy Rich, Maynard Ferguson and Jimmy Dorsey, to name a few. But in this group, they all come together with one common goal - to keep the jazz genre of music alive through the reading of many songs and sharing the best selections in performances. The group first formed some 40 years ago.
The First Presbyterian Church is a proud sponsor of the group which rehearses three times a month on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Mondays in The Chapel, 291 Main Street, Hackettstown, NJ, from 7:30 to 9:00 pm.
