Hi teachers/parents in the know,

Do our children perform in all 3 school show performances?
There's some uncertainty amongst other parents about what times to block out in our diaries for this exciting event.
Thanks!
:)

yes good question Karen, and I think for our wee 5 yrs olds two nights of shows with school the next day is a bit much, if they are there till after 8pm?

Hi Karen

Yes all the children perform in all of the school shows.

More details are coming along with ticket sales this will be communicated in the next school update.

Thanks,

Thanks

I agree Kimberlee it will be very tiring for 5 year olds and I wish parents had more say regarding this....

Hi Amelia,

You need to go here: http://www.stonefields.school.nz/ and go to "School Online Shop", and go through the process to set yourself up an account. (It's worth doing that, because you'll need it again and again in the future).

Then you can login and buy the tickets online!

Hi Paula,

We've been asked to hold all of the kids in our hubs until the end of each show for security reasons - it's going to be busy as it is with kids coming and going for the actual show.

Sorry for the late reply - the info's been posted on the blog and on the board outside of the hub but thought I'd better reply here too just incase!

Hi Deb, there was an e-mail that was sent out to the parents re the kapa haka performance. Here is the information from the e-mail:

The Kapa Haka will be one of the first performances and once this is complete, all the children will then go back to their own hubs, where their guardian teachers will help them to change into the costumes for the remainder of the school show.

Hope this answers your questions.

Kind regards.

The shows are due to finish at around 7:30pm and all children can be collected from their hubs in order to return home with you.
