Change in Amazon FBA Orders coming

Amazon recently announced a change to their API which will effect your FBA orders in Stone Edge.

The Amazon Marketplace Web Service (Amazon MWS) gives access to customer data, including Personally Identifiable Information (PII), that is required for creating seller-fulfilled shipping labels. An upcoming change will restrict access to any PII unless required for fulfillment of orders.

In otherwords, customer address information will no longer come down from Amazon for FBA orders.  The specific fields that are impacted are:  AddressType, AddressLine1, AddressLine2, AddressLine3, BuyerName, Phone, PurchaseOrderNumber, RecipientName.

We have been told that this change will be rolled out "In the next few days". We do not know the exact date.

Amazon's just making it harder on their merchants to provide excellent service.  We do FBM, so it doesn't affect us directly.  But how would a buyer identify him/herself if the call an FBA merchant for help with customer service?
