We will get that pop up occasionally if there is an unexpected interruption in the connection to the server where our store database resides. Usually clicking ‘OK’ multiple times until it goes away will sort it out, SEOM will start up and re-link the tables. IIRC you have to click it like 5 times or so.

This is due to a bad Microsoft Office update:
Bad: Version 2312 (Build 17126.20014)
Good: Version 2311 (Build 17029.20108)
You will need to rollback your office version manually. Steps can be found here: How to revert to an earlier version of Office - Microsoft Support
We also recommend turning off automatic updates for all computers, as it can help prevent you from installing a buggy version.

Hitting "Okay" doesn't work in this case. If you hit "Cancel" 3 times you get:
...and Access closes.
All our workstations on the prior version have no errors, and the ODBC connections are good on all machines.
