ODBC data source broken after windows update

Has anyone seen this problem. After windows (win 10 pro) installed several updates the 32 bit system dsn is broken. When I try and create a new one it throws an error about unable to create SSPI context.

My next step is to use system restore but I would rather keep the updates. Any thoughts?
