multiple copies of receiving reports

I have a stupid question, is there a way to print out a second copy of the receiving report that is automatically generated when you receive products from a Purchase Order. the report seems to be auto-generated and only prints 1 copy and there are time it would be helpful to print a second copy instead of running the report through a copier. I am sure there but I just can't find it. We are on Stone Edge Version 7.040

Thanks Barney, I have a Web Developer on staff but he is on PTO until Wednesday, I am not sure how familiar with VBA he is. Let me ask him first and then I will get back to you. I truly appreciate your assistance.
