Does anyone know what this error means and is there a simple fix for it?

At QBExport: Error = 94: Invalid use of Null.

I get this error when I attempt to "Export any new accounting data to file"

Running 7.119

Thanks for any advice!

Neil,

Is this a new machine by chance or new installation?

If not; export one part at a time (Sales, Deposits, Rec, Invoicing) - it's probably invoicing if it not a new installation.

If it's invoicing do a preview of the export and look for something in a date or amount field that's accurate.

It's Invoicing.

When I click Preview I get that same error message too.

Is there a particular place in the Database I can look through the export to try to find the glitch?

I found a blank line in the POInvoices table. I deleted that and everything is now good to go. Thanks for helping point me in the right direction.

Yeah; glad you found it so easily and was able to fix it.  This is not an uncommon issue - usually when that particular error comes up it's invoicing; unless a new installation of QBs has taken place.  Every so often it can be something else - but this is typically the first thing to check.

Have a great weekend!
