Runtime Error 52 Email Templates Intermittent

Has anyone encounter this? and solved it?

Just moved to SQL in July, before that never any problem.

So sometimes it sees the email templates and sometimes it doesn't which is the real mystery. It is about 1 in 15 times for shipping emails that we actually succeed.
