Hi All,

We're running a PC with SE V 8.012 Windows 11 Pro.

After a Windows update Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, we couldn't import orders or process tracking from that PC.

Has anyone else had this issue?  Is this a known issue?  If so, is a fix in place?

Thanks,
Ron

Hey Ron,

I haven't heard this.  Are imports working on other PCs without the update?  This one is probably best looked at by the support guys.  It seems like an isolated incident. Can you give them an email or call?  sup...@stoneedge.com

Thanks!

Check your firewall/antivirus settings. Might have been removed from your safe list due to the update.

Hey John,

Yes, Imports are working on another PC that has not received the update.

Best,
Ron
