ChannelAdvisor Outage

Several of my customers aren't able to get orders in from ChannelAdvisor.

CA is returning 'System.OutOfMemoryException' when trying to retrieve checkout reports.

I would reach out to CA/SE to see what can be done to resolve the issue.

Hello Everyone,

We are also in touch with Channel Advisor support and have informed them that it is a very urgent issue.  We can reproduce the issue with our test account and are able to provide them with anything they need.  Please continue to reach out to Channel Advisor if you are getting the error.
