Real time inventory link - Stone Edge server down?

The stone edge server for real time inventory is down. The real time link is passing along incorrect values as well as zeroes with regard to our inventory numbers.

Is stone edge aware of this? This is critical as SKU  inventory counts getting zeroed out resulting in lost sales plus many items that are now being oversold as values are incorrect.

Can you confirm if the issue is still persisting?  I tried visiting your site and adding an item to the cart to see if it was returning qoh amounts but it's just showing as In Stock, but I'm not sure if you turned off the the Real Time Inventory functionality once you realized it was an issue.

I am able to access the server which is good. Will run the numbers to make sure all is OK.

For any Yahoo Stores who have experienced issues with Yahoo order hosting or inventory syncing: we have been contacting Stone Edge users who are on our legacy Yahoo Order Hosting and Real-time inventory servers to migrate to our new service on new state-of-the-art servers.  If you'd rather not wait until your account is up for renewal to move the the new servers, you can contact Sales (sa...@stoneedge.com) and request to by migrated immediately.  Its recommended that everyone move sooner rather than later.
