This is Erich from support with an update on this issue.
We have tested the latest release of Microsoft Office 365, released on 4/21/2026. This release has not fixed the previously reported issue. The errors you will get are most likely the 3155 error when trying certain updates to orders or adding tracking.
The version we have confirmed to still work was released on March 18.
If you have Auto Updates on, I would recommend turning them off and following the instructions that Julia has provided at this time.
Those instructions were:
- Disable Microsoft Office Updates.
- Make sure all Microsoft Office products are closed.
- Open Command prompt as an administrator.
- Type in the following commend lines (hit the [Enter] key after each).
- cd %programfiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun
- officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.19822.20086
