Hello ALL,

Please see the updates Patch Article it contains the links to the patched MDE and it now contains an added step to help get past this issue please follow all the directions. Step * is the new step for those that have the patch. 


We have been getting your emails and calls in support and are responding as quickly as we are able.

Revised to be a little more clear and easier to understand.  Essentially close SEOM, download two files, extract them to the StoneEdge intallation directory, reopen SEOM.  You're back in business.

The issue is resolved.  If anyone is still having a problem accessing Stone Edge, pelase 
  1. close SEOM
  2. go to c:\stoneedge (or wherever you may have it installed)
  3. delete the file LSInfo.dat.  
  4. Reopen SEOM and re-enter your credentials.  (If you need your credentials contact sup...@stoneedge.com)
