In case you missed the Google Groups post, I was able to get a label to print with the new version of ShipRush in my Windows 10 environment using 7.036. I had to make the settings changes though that had already been mentioned by ZFirm. I made sure TLS 1.2 was the only protocol checked in IE and had to change the Internet Connection in ShipRush to Windows.

I would suggest you reach out to Stone Edge before updating to confirm that they support ShipRush v12. So long as v12 is supported, this version should be as well. If you already have a lower version of ShipRush v12 installed and working with Stone Edge, we would expect this build to work as well.

We should now have a resolution for this issue. The fix requires installing a new version of ShipRush for UPS. Please download and install the update from here:

If you run ShipRush on multiple PCs, update the PC holding the database first, then the workstations. If you also use ShipRush for FedEx and/or ShipRush Discount Postage, please also download and install the update for those carriers.
If you changed your ShipRush internet settings to Windows to try the previous workaround, please take these steps before processing any shipments:
- Fully exit ShipRush
- Right-click the ShipRush icon on your desktop and select Run as Adminstrator
- Go to Settings > Shipping Settings > Advanced > Internet Connection
- Click Configure Internet Connection
- Change the connection back to Compatible
- Ok out of settings and fully exit
- Restart ShipRush and retry

We are writing to let you know that we believe we have a resolution for the error some users are experiencing when rating and shipping in ShipRush for UPS Basic. Please follow the steps below on each machine that runs the ShipRush for UPS software:
1. Fully exit ShipRush
2. Open Windows Control Panel (hint: on Windows 10, search for Control Panel in the Cortana search to get to the right area)
3. Adjust View to Small Icons
4. Go to Internet Options
5. Select the Advanced tab
6. Scroll down and find the TLS options. Make sure TLS 1.2 is enabled
7. If SSL v2 and/or v3 are currently enabled, uncheck the boxes next to these options
8. Hit OK out of Internet Options
9. Right-click the ShipRush for UPS icon on your desktop and select "Run as Administrator"
10. Go to Settings --> Shipping Settings
11. Expand Advanced on the left and select Internet Connection
12. Click Configure Internet Connection
13. Set the option to Windows
14. Hit OK out of Settings and fully exit ShipRush again
15. Reboot the PC (don't skip this step!)
16. Open ShipRush for UPS and retry - rate and ship should work without error
If you continue to experience issues, please take a screenshot of the TLS settings in Windows Control Panel, and the ShipRush internet settings in Shipping Settings > Advanced, so we can review further.
