UPS has deprecated access key authentication in favor of an OAuth 2.0 security model for all APIs. Beginning June 3, 2024, access keys will no longer be supported for authentication to any UPS APIs. After this date, all integrations must utilize the OAuth 2.0 authentication model to continue to transact with UPS APIs.

Everyone who uses any version of Stone Edge prior to 7.7xx and is also using the UPS Online Tools Integration.

What Does This Mean for You?
After Monday, June 3rd, you will not be able to print USP labels. To continue printing labels with UPS, you must upgrade to the latest Stone Edge Order Manager version. The latest versions of Stone Edge offer a direct UPS integration with no 3rd party dependencies.
