I recently had to switch from PayFlow Pro as my payment processor, since it will no longer be supported by Shift4Shop.

I was advised to use Authorize.Net, as both Shift4Shop and SEOM (Stone Edge Order Manager) support it.

However, I’ve encountered an issue: I’m unable to use full payment functionality (such as issuing refunds or voids) within SEOM for orders imported from Shift4Shop when using Authorize.Net.

Is anyone else using this setup? If so, are you able to issue refunds or voids directly through SEOM? I'd appreciate any insights or suggestions.
