In the download portal, I'm unable to get anything to happen after entering my login credentials. It just stays on the login page.
And, we SEOM thinks we are over our license limit the page to release the twice counted PC is returning error message due to no response from the webpage server.

Same. The portal has been down for at least a month. The form is broken and doesn't even attempt to send login credentials.
