Hello Neighbors -

We’ll have a lot of work underway soon in the neighborhood:

🌲 Tree trimming along the main road and in some of the wooded areas will take place Mon and Tues October 22nd and 23rd.  Signs will be posted and emails sent to inform residents along the main road who need to move cars to avoid damage

🚙 🚗 Curbs throughout Stonebrook will be re-painted between Wed Oct 24 and Fri Oct 26.  ALL cars will need to be moved by 8 am on one of those dates to allow for re-painting of “Reserved” markings and numbers and the red “no parking” areas. Weather may dictate exact date. Please plan now for a friend or neighbor to take care of your car if you’ll be out of town. Note that ALL cars have to be moved, not just those in marked spaces. We’ll notify you of the exact date for your area soon, but know that weather may alter the schedule.

News & Upcoming Events:

👩💼 Nancy Sebastian, our long-time administrative consultant, is retiring and the Board is reviewing management proposals from several candidates. We expect this transition to occur during December and will keep you informed about how this will affect the collection of the next assessment due March 1st. Our official mailing address for collection might change.

🍗 🌽 Stonebrook’s Annual Cookout is Saturday Sept 29 at 4 in the back cul-de-sac. Bring a folding chair, dessert or drinks to share; Kloby’s barbecue supplies the rest. Rain date is Sunday. Corn Hole and other games are welcomed.

The Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday October  23rd at 7 pm at Amherst House. Details to follow; look for agenda and next year’s budget in your e-mailbox soon!
