Hi Parents,

Can you please forward this to the parents in your class?  We still need a lot more volunteers for the Mandarin Night.  Can you please ask your parents to help?

They can volunteer during the shift when their child is not performing.

Here is the tentative schedule:

    6-6:45   Kinders and 1st grade classes perform

    6:45-7   Fan Dance

    7-7:45   2nd-5th grade classes perform

We also need:

3-4  Large coolers with 1 or 2 packs of ice to to hold the drinks for our   

   fundraiser.    Please bring coolers by Wed morning or before 4:30 pm

We also need some folks who can pick up the food from Asian Buffet down the hill on Mission .  See attached for details.

Please see the attached document.  Letters under "WHO" denote how many volunteers needed for that area.  For example, a, b, c means 3 volunteers needed in that area.

Please help as these events would not be possible without the help from all the parents :)

What is the date, I have two coolers that I can bring to the school and leave at the office,My son is no longer in the Mandarin program, but please feel free to let me know when you need any help such as the coolers, beverage containers, etc...
