Hi all ~

Looking for one last volunteer opportunity for our wonderful Mandarin
program? Well you're in luck! :)

If you can spare anytime at pick-up time tomorrow (1:20 pm), Tuesday
6/5, that'd be terrific! Herman Lewis (Jamie & Jacob's dad) will be
leading the effort of moving Mandarin materials from the hallway
closet, where they currently exist in between the PE offices, to other
storage locations at the school. We'll also be helping to clean up
and move a few items from room #12 (currently a YEP room), where Ms.
Da will be teaching next year. With enough help, Herman believes this
is all relatively easy to achieve. Any time you can spare at all is
helpful. I, or another mom, will volunteer to watch and hang-out with
the kids in the Parent Room so they're not under foot.

If you can help, please let me know so we have an idea. Otherwise,
see you tomorrow at pick-up. We'll either be around room #7 or at the
hallway closet near the PE office.

Hi Parents,

Stacy (YEP) site coordinator told me that she is not available tomorrow, so
we can't clean/move room 12 until next Monday (6/11). However, we plan to
move boxes of materials out of hallway closets tomorrow.

Hi Mandarin Parents,

Big Thank You to Herman Lewis (Room3 & Room7) and Darius Ng (Room7)
for helping and moving materials out of the hallway closets.

If anyone can help, come over on Monday and we can clean up room 12.

All the Mandarin Teachers work (PD and Planning) on site from 6/11 to
6/22. Many of them are heading down to Newport Beach for the Two Way
Immersion Conference 6/27-6/30. Four Teachers will attend UC Berkeley
7/9-7/27 STARTALk (Mandarin K-16) Summer Program.

Kindergarten Registration:
Thank you to parents who brought their friends to our program. Please
keep spreading words to your friends and family.

Friendly Reminder:
Tomorrow is the Kindergarten Graduation at MPR.

Hi Sarah,

You can come anytime between 9:00 to 3:00pm. We, teachers will be working in the Conference Room and classrooms. (I have a meeting at 10:00-10:30am.)  Let me know your plan.

If you are free, come to help Sarah.  We need to get two classrooms ready for the next school year.  Ms. Da is moving from Room 32 to Room 12.  Both rooms 12 & 32 are Mandarin classrooms. Helping hands are needed for cleaning and moving.
