Mandarin Google Group parents,

As a part of Stonebrae's Family Fun Night on Friday, January 25th, the Mandarin program will be offering a (pre-ordered) Chinese meal for dinner, just before Game Night begins.  We are looking for volunteers to help set-up, disperse food and drinks, and clean-up after the event.  We'll need help beginning at 4:00 pm and ending by 6:45 pm (a rough schedule is shown below).  If you are interested in helping, please reply to this email letting me know when you're available.  Thank you!

4:00  Set up tables, figure out process
         Make and set up drinks
5:30  Food arrives
5:45  Begin serving food and drinks
6:15  End serving food / Clean-up

6:30  Game Night begins

FAMILY FUN NIGHT
Enjoy a great old-fashioned way for family fun.   Play Scrabble, Jenga or whatever board game or card game you and your family would like to bring to play with Stonebrae students, families and teachers!  The Mandarin program will host dinner for people to purchase beforehand.  Snacks will also be sold.
