Host Family Opportunities

Hi Mandarin Parents,

How's your summer going? I have received this info from Shawn, a very good
friend regarding to host Chinese High School students (males). If you are
interested, please contact Shawn. Below is the email from Shawn:

Host Family Opportunities in Oakland, Hayward, Fremont and Mountain View.
Speaking of international students staying with a host family... we have a
friend who works for an agency that helps place international students with
host families. There are two Chinese (male) high school students who will
attend Fremont Christian School in the Fall and both need host family(ies)
in the Fremont area. There is one Chinese (male) high school student who
will attend Mountain View Academy in Mountain View, one Chinese (male) who
will attend Moreau in Hayward, and several high school students who will
attend Bishop O'Dowd in the Oakland area in need of host families. Because
it is for an entire academic year, there is a stipend that the family
receives to offset expenses (transportation, meals). If you are interested
in hosting an international high school student or know someone else who is
interested, please contact Shawn at s_ha...@sbcglobal.net and he will get
you in touch with the coordinator.
