Base Materials:
All panels use moisture proof melamine MDF (middle density fiber
board) as the basic material, then UV cured primer coat, followed by,
UV cured surface painting, and UV cured color painting. There is a
large variety of styles and designs.

High gloss UV cured board it is the latest eco-friendly material for
kitchen cabinet doors and wardrobe sliding doors, interior decorations
and exhibition displays. It is made of melamine MDF, then painted with
ultraviolet curing paint which is environmental friendly, with high
gloss, durable, water and scratch resistant, as well as acid and
alkali resistant.

Features:
UV cured door panels are high gloss, environmentally friendly,
corrosion resistant, scratch resistant, and stain resistant. There is
a choice of aluminum edging, PVC edging or acrylic edging.
We provide the latest eco-friendly high gloss MDF doors for kitchen
cabinets, wardrobes, and sliding doors, which are scratch resistant,
with non-yellowing finishes.

Packing details:
Doors are covered with a transparent protection film, with two doors
placed face to face. Between each door, and on the four corners of the
pack are protective foam inserts.
