New STOMP client implementation in C

Hello everybody,

I'd like to announce the availability of a new C based STOMP client library available under https://github.com/evgenido/stomp.

I looked at libstomp, but it was a bit heavyweight for my embedded platform, so I decided to write a client implementation which depends only on libc.

It is a very,very early alpha version but I have already tested it with Apache Apollo and it seems to work. It should work with 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 based brokers.

It is my very first open source project and I would be happy to hear your opinion.

i modified it, fix a select timeout bug, and, add some helper functions and , sent a pull request.
