prefetch-count

Hi, I am new here.

I noticed that the RabbitMQ Stomp Adapter supports a prefetch-count header (in the SUBSCRIBE frame).

Is this header going to be a part of the Stomp standard in the future?

Don't think so. Don't want to add headers that force semantics on other brokers.
